Congratulation letter to the ex-ambassador of Azerbaijan to the Czech Republic

Your Excellency, dear Ambassador,

Allow me to thank you on behalf of the European-Azerbaijani Chamber of Commerce for all the support that you have given us and projects associated with us while serving as the Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Let me also congratulate you on your promotion by the decision of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev to the post of the Chairman of the Center for Analysis of International Relations of Azerbaijan.
We highly appreciate the cooperation between the European-Azerbaijani Chamber of Commerce and the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan that resulted in many successful and prosperous projects. I am very grateful to you for everything you have done for the European-Azerbaijani Chamber of Commerce.
